DWI/DUI Limited Driving Privilege

If Convicted Alcohol Level of 0.15 or Higher

If a driver is convicted of DWI and the court notes a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or greater, the court will suspend the driver’s license for 12 months. He may be eligible for a limited driving privilege restricted to employment driving only if he installs an interlock machine in his vehicle. Please call me for more information.
