Limited Driving Privilege for DWI
If Convicted Alcohol Level Less Than 0.15
If a driver is convicted of DWI, the court will suspend the driver’s license for 12 months. He may be eligible for a limited driving privilege by providing the same documentation described in the pre-trial driving privilege section above. One year after the DWI conviction, the limited driving privilege will expire and the driver must go to the DMV and get a new driver’s license.
